What led me to pursue a career in Financial Therapy?
Welcome! I’m passionate about financial therapy because I truly believe it can make a meaningful difference in your life. Money touches so many aspects of our well-being, and financial therapy helps you explore and address those connections in ways other approaches often overlook.

This work is deeply fulfilling to me because it’s about building trust and walking alongside you on this journey. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your financial challenges and aspirations.

I bring a unique combination of training, personal insight, and professional experience to our sessions. After more than 35 years in the information technology and internet services industry, I retired 2018 and began my own journey. What started as a retirement venture turned into a calling—I discovered financial therapy and knew it was the perfect way to combine my previous background with my passion for helping others.

I also draw from earlier experiences in social work, community mental health, and Restorative Justice to provide a well-rounded, empathetic approach to financial therapy. Because I dedicate myself fully to each client, I limit my practice to no more than 10 clients per week. This allows me to give you the personalized attention you deserve.

I believe that my first job is to listen intently to you. Together, we will explore what brings you to me. Depending on your needs, this can range from exploring emotions and how they impact your behavior to building a budget or review options for retirement savings. I consider you to be the expert on you. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
